Welcome to the forum of new leadership.

Gary Hamel, the world’s most influential business thinker according to Wall Street Journal, states that management needs to be re-invented. Despite the world being completely different from what it was for decades ago, Hamel claims that management is led by basic ideas generated a hundred years ago. Thus it is no wonder that management faces problems.

It is easy to say that ever changing world needs fresh leadership thinking and practices. More difficult is to find new ways to think and act. Perhaps most challenging is to get rid of old management paradigms routed somewhere deep into our consciousness and into the language we use.

This Leaderforum is directed to everyone interested in new leadership opportunities arisen by systems thinking and postmodern sociology. We are especially interested in practices renewing leadership and in new ways to develop leadership.

From the forum you will find interesting managers and leadership developers along with their thoughts and practices.

You are invited to take time to examine the material presented on the sites and if you wish you can join the conversations on management, leadership and the opportunities in developing these.

Feel free to comment on e.g. articles or thoughts presented in the blogs. You can send propositions on ideas, research or links to be added to the pages. We also publish articles concerning new leadership. Please, contact the site managers and suggest your article to be published on Leaderforum.
